As COO, Jeff Andrews brings deep expertise in driving patient-centric operational efficiency. He leads Regent in expanding ambulatory strategy including health system relationship development and continues our vision to provide outcomes-based value through the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Prior to joining Regent, Andrews rose through the leadership ranks of United Surgical Partners International over a period of 15 years and served as EVP, Chief Operating Officer & Interim President for Sequel Youth and Family Services.

Katie Turner is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in scaling and transforming both privately and publicly held companies. As CFO, she will be responsible for leading and directing all accounting and corporate finance, overseeing tax, managing financial audits, and center performance while lending strategic insights towards long-term growth.

Katie comes to Regent from Atlanta-based Sharecare where she served in a variety of leadership roles including Division CFO, SVP of Strategic Business Operations, and Vice President of Account Management. She was instrumental in Sharecare combining with Falcon Capital and taking the company public in 2021. Katie earned her Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee; she is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Christine Musa Henry is a President of Development and Analytics, Chief Compliance Officer at Regent Surgical Health and is based in United States.

Accomplished IT professional with over 12 years of experience in leadership, systems, storage and server administration roles. Currently responsible for the execution of strategic initiatives designed to align IT functions with business objectives as communicated by senior management. I manage a mature team responsible for all areas of our healthcare organization's systems, network and security infrastructure. Skilled in product and vendor selection/management, maintaining a focus on controlling costs and maximizing ROI.

Since joining Regent in 2017, Chief Development Officer Thomas Crossen has grown Regent’s ambulatory surgery center management portfolio and increased the executive team’s visibility in the healthcare industry. Crossen’s decade of healthcare leadership experience before joining Regent has proven to be invaluable, as his strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and health system partnership strategies continues to help Regent adapt and thrive. He previously served as Vice President of Development at National Cardiovascular Partners in Houston.

Prior to his experience in the healthcare industry, Crossen served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps for nine years: four years in active duty in Afghanistan and Fallujah, Iraq, and five years in the Marine Corps Reserve. Upon completion of his military service, he earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
