You don’t have to be a certified teacher and can drink alcohol before or during work and administration will ignore and deny it.
Everything. Favoritism, inconsistency, mean girl teachers, gossip, it’s a Catholic school but teachers are ridiculed for living out Catholic values.
Health insurance (but it is limited due to it being a Catholic School).
If you are friends with them, you can get away with anything!
Hold people accountable. Stop favoring your friends and family. Get rid of the “mean girls” on the faculty.
It’s much lower.
It’s not diverse at all. I can’t think of a single non white employee. It’s not safe to be religious or gay here so people hide it.

The Adrian Dominican Sisters
So much gossip and favoritism. Lots of preps per teacher. Poor communication and inconsistent expectations. Expectations change based on who asks the question or at the discretion of admin but then are it communicated.
The Sisters are cool.
Expectations are inconsistent and inconsistently enforced.
