Responsibilities:
The Regional Account Executive serves as the primary liaison between PerformRx and its clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of PBM core products and services, and provides strategic oversight of clinical initiatives and programs.The Regional Account Executive demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, is a consultative thought leader, and effectively articulates solution-based approaches that align PerformRx products and services with its clients' strategic goals and objectives. Approved candidates will have a track-record of client success, measured by client retention, growth, and creatively overcoming challenging obstacles standing in the way of strategic business goals. The Regional Account Executive should be mission driven, able to effectively prioritize work activities across various departments, multitask, delegate responsibilities to key personnel, and is capable of qualifying the accuracy and completeness of work before providing clients with results. The incumbent knows how to build strong, productive relationships with internal team members, external business support services, and especially PerformRx clients. The successful candidate will understand and be able to explain how sustainable client relationships are built upon integrity, reliability, and trust through delivery.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum three (3) years of Managed Care experience and/or relevant High-Stakes Account Management experience required
- Minimum five (5) years of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), pharmaceutical, healthcare experience or relevant high-stakes Account Management experience required
- Proven ability to create competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans
- Proven track record in customer excellence
- History of Innovation, critical thinking, problem identification and solving ability
- Strong problem-solving, detail-driven acumen, solid verbal and written communication skills, and a general business savvy preferred
- A background in implementations and project management preferred
- Success working in a fast-paced, technology-driven, diverse matrix-team environments - able to navigate and guide multiple functional area disciplines simultaneously - preferred
