About the Role
Drive revenue growth through Expereo's existing channel ecosystem, focusing on Technology Solution Distributors (TSDs) and agent partnerships
Manage day-to-day partner relationships while optimizing performance to maximize market penetration and sales effectiveness

Own channel revenue targets and pipeline development, supporting opportunity identification, deal qualification, and partner-led negotiations
Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations while establishing clear performance metrics and KPIs

Experience and soft skills:
5-8 years of progressive sales experience with minimum 3-5 years in channel sales management, preferably in telecommunications, networking, or enterprise technology
Proven track record of managing successful channel partner relationships while consistently achieving revenue targets through partnerships
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to influence partners and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders

Senior Sales Director - Role Overview

Compensation

You will:
Provide integral support to the leadership team

Union Square Consulting is a GTM Strategy and Revenue Operations consulting firm for growth-stage B2B SaaS companies with $100M to $1B in revenue. We work directly with CROs and other executive revenue, strategy and operations leaders to help them define and refine their sales, marketing and customer success engines.
Specifically, we help:

Identify metrics to track along the entire journey

Role Overview
Partners
We generate most of our business through referrals from our partners; from top PE and VC firms to sales consultants, marketing agencies, and technology vendors that serve B2B SaaS companies in our ICP.
It's fairly easy to get the first meeting with many of these individuals and companies, but hard to nurture and build the relationship over time to source referrals. Success depends on your ability to thoughtfully nurture and grow relationships by adding value in every interaction.
Events
Additionally, we generate a meaningful amount of business from networking and attending industry events. You might be on a plane attending these events every month or two, but not every week.
Inbound
We also generate a significant portion of our business through our inbound marketing engine; Our CEO's LinkedIn presence, weekly Newsletter, Podcast, and RevOps Live events. Marketing “leads” include only people who have expressly requested a meeting with us and you will be integral help in taking those meetings and working those opportunities.
Expansion
We have a significant opportunity to retain and grow our existing customers and get referrals from them to other potential customers. Our VPs of RevOps Strategy and Systems largely manage these relationships, but could use help expanding the footprint in accounts. You would help them by finding new stakeholders in the account and uncovering expansion and/or referral opportunities.
You will report directly to our CEO. We've already carefully mapped out the GTM Strategy and step by step process for the role. However, you'll be in collaboration with our CEO, VP of RevOps Strategy, VP of RevOps Systems, Marketing Manager, and our EA to refine and execute our overall GTM process. You'll play an integral role in helping to further improve this process over time.
GTM Process
We have already carefully defined, architected and implemented a step by step sales, marketing and customer success process far beyond what you find in most small companies, as this is what we do. That said, you will work with our entire team to refine this process. Our VP of RevOps Strategy will help you refine your named account list and overall targeting and you will work with him and our Marketing Manager on our ABM approach. You will have full support of our EA to build these lists and help with account research. You will also have full support from our VP of RevOps Systems to make sure you're executing this process as efficiently as possible. Lastly, our CEO will work closely with you and provide virtually unlimited support to help you succeed in this role. We will all want your feedback as we further improve the process over time.

Our Surety Field department seeks a regionaldirector for our Surety Field Operations for Large Contract. This position is in our Western, Washington,territory.
Positions serving territories away from our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, are fully remote.
Starting Pay: The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $195,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
manage and develop a large contract surety book for the assigned territory by:
identifying opportunities and working with agencies to write new accounts
conducting meetings with agents and contractors
evaluating principals, operationally and financially, for surety credit
approving bonds and programs within assigned authority
recommending underwriting decisions on bonds or accounts exceeding authority
understanding and employing the company's underwriting approach and philosophy
performing analysis and recording activity in underwriting and administrative systems
appoint new agency relationships that have a core focus on surety development
develop and maintain close agency relationships
display a high degree of professionalism, underwriting expertise and familiarity with the local construction and economic environment
support commercial surety and small contract lines with a hands-on knowledge of related tools, procedures and objectives
develop growth and profitability plans, including cross-selling strategies, for all surety lines
communicate and interact with associates, agencies and customers effectively
give polished surety presentations to agents and bond principals
travel to meet with agents, account executives and bond principals in your assigned territory
Be equipped with:
basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
strong organizational and decision-making skills
excellent written and verbal communication skills
strong proficiency with financial analysis and knowledge of construction accounting methods
existing agency and contractor relationships that can attract and develop large contract surety business (preferred)
the ability to:
evaluate and interpret bonds, contracts, credit reports and loan agreements
adapt to change
manage multiple, competing tasks
work independently and with others
set and adhere to goals
work as needed to get the job done
deliver superior service
Bring education and experience from:
a bachelor's degree (preferably in finance, accounting or economics)
a minimum of five years of surety underwriting experience focusing on larger contractors with higher levels of bond activity
supplemental surety and/or insurance-specific training or knowledge, such as an Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB), Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or other designations and/or courses of study
