Qualifications:
10-15 years of progressive leadership experience, with a strong focus on fulfillment operations in semi-automated facilities.

Job Summary
The Regional Sales Director is primarily responsible for the overall sales of the assigned sales region. * Interviewing, negotiating new hire offers (compensation package, district or territory alignment, etc.), hiring, and training new employees in compliance with company guidelines, and federal and state governmental laws and regulations.
* Providing timely performance coaching and counseling in the form of daily verbal feedback, annual written performance evaluations, frequent positive encouragement and recognition, and documented disciplinary actions, as necessary (working closely with the HR Business Partner).
* Managing employee vacation/time off requests to ensure employees' compliance with company guidelines, and adequate departmental coverage.
* Identifying employees' training/developmental needs and ensuring the accomplishment of these training objectives.
* Organization of the Region
* Determine and justify the need for company sales personnel, their geographic location and the specific sales area (district or territory) for which they will have direct sales responsibility.
* Determine and justify the need and location for independent sales representatives in the region. Define specifically the protected territory and/or accounts which will be assigned to each representative for sales credit purposes. Negotiate and/or terminate arrangements with sales representatives with the advice and approval of corporate senior management.
* Exercise final approval in setting up approved roofing contractors in the Region. Obtain concurrence of corporate senior management concerning the termination of an approved contractor.
* Where a justified need exists, and subject to approval of corporate senior management, establish distributors and/or Company inventories.
* Management of the Region
* Key Account Management - Act as the direct point of contact for key Regional and National contractors and distributors. Manage pricing and quarterback projects and initiatives for Key Account partners. Actively pursue targeted Key Accounts for partnership.
* Prepare and submit sales forecasts and projections for the Region and each Territory by established due dates.
* With input from supporting personnel, develop and implement sales plans designed to meet the specific goals established for the region and each Territory.
* Supervise and direct the sales effort of the region sales personnel, with strong emphasis on motivation, working closely with them to achieve the maximum sales volume each district can produce, and ensuring the achievement of region goals and objectives.
* Monitor the activities of each independent sales representative and provide continuing motivation to ensure that his/her production of sales and specifications justifies the protected status and compensation received. Provide and/or recommend training as necessary to ensure that the company is represented in a professional and technically competent manner. Work closely with Commercial Roofing Regional Sales Directors where relationships may be shared with Independent sales representatives.
* Exercise pricing authority in a judicious manner to meet or exceed both volume and profit goals.
* Control district travel and entertainment expenditures, maintaining them strictly within budget limitations.
* Hold sales presentations and arrange plant visits for customers when appropriate.
* Ensure that regular contact is made with leading roofing contractors, roof consultants, owners and other important purchasers, specifiers or consumers of roofing material in the region with the specific objective of obtaining orders from the roofing contractors and consumers, and favorable specifications from the others.
* In the process of calling on roofing contractors, ensure that they are properly trained regarding GAF Roof Coatings specifications and application techniques and well motivated to use GAF Roof Coatings products wherever possible.
* Investigate complaints promptly and follow through until settled satisfactorily.
* Communicate clearly in all forms with associates, company personnel, and the trade, by report, correspondence, sales presentations, person-to-person or telephone.
* Maintain regular contact with the Technical Department to ensure that technical needs of the region are being met, and that all region sales personnel are communicating with, and providing assistance to the Technical Department as needed.
* Keep the Senior Business Director, Liquids and Coatings fully informed at all times on current conditions and future prospects in the region.

Effectively lead all philanthropic strategies. There is an aggressive yet attainable contributed revenue goal of over $11 or $12 million over the next two years.
Serve as Cornerstones of Care's chief philanthropic strategist and chief relationship officer with a personal portfolio of high-capacity donors and institutional partners.
Shift Advancement from an event-heavy, reactive culture to a mission-centered cultivation model by redesigning signature events and evaluating the efficacy of all events-including the Spirit Gala-to ensure they prioritize ROI, donor engagement, and mission-driven storytelling.
Partner with the Board Chair and CEO to embed philanthropy as a core board responsibility.
Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to align fundraising with capital and program needs, including the Education Campus, Ozanam and Gillis transitions, and long-term infrastructure investments.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-centered fundraiser who is energized by building on identified opportunities and helping take an established nonprofit to its next level of visibility, impact, and contributed revenue. They bring a strong track record of securing transformational, leadership, major, and mid-level gifts; building healthy donor pipelines; developing high-performing teams; and nurturing a culture of philanthropy across complex organizations.
They will step into a structure where portfolios are already built, a thoughtful multi-year plan is in place, and cross-functional partners-including a supportive CEO-value and understand philanthropy. Our ideal candidate will have 10 years of senior-level fundraising leadership with a demonstrated record of securing six- and seven-figure gifts and the following:
Demonstrated experience implementing and managing a wide range of donor gift categories from transformational, principal/leadership, major, mid-level, and annual giving.
Proven ability to grow philanthropic revenue to $5M+ annually in a complex, multi-site nonprofit.
Expertise building advancement systems, managing CRM platforms, and operationalizing data-driven fundraising infrastructure.
Leadership Competencies

Ability to forecast, budget, report on, and manage revenue pipelines aligned with organizational financial needs.

**Qualifications**

+ 8-10 years in bioscience commercial positions, including some but not limited to the following: sales representative, hospital representative, sales trainer, district manager, marketing manager, regional account manager, government affairs, and sales operations.
+ 3-5 years previous leadership experience required.
+ A valid, US State-issued driver's license is required.

* Collaborate with product, claims, risk consulting, analytics, and Series leaders to implement key initiatives developed specifically within these area
* Co-manage logistics and operations of the practice in alignment with overall enterprise-wide business plans
* Coordinate leadership team meetings and communication cadence.
* Partner with Marketing & Communications to refine and articulate practice messaging, branding and communication
* Monitor and report on financial, strategic, and operational performance for agreed upon Practice and operational initiatives
* Ensure balanced time allocation for the Practice Leader across stakeholder groups.
* Identify operational gaps with both the Center and Series and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and impact.

This position will be responsible for assigned terminals in Texas with respect to operations flow, supervision of management and personnel, customer relations and sales activities, budget preparation and management, and asset planning and maintenance.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
* Supervises Regional Managers across multiple locations, overseeing the hiring, training, scheduling, disciplinary actions, and overall functionality of each location.
* Manage escalated employee and customer concerns to mutual agreement, and report back to corporate the agreed upon resolution.
* Tracks income and expenses. Takes necessary actions to stay within budgetary requirements.
* Interact with customers in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner escalating concerns for the protection of employees and the company.

* Meet Company standards for truck time, accurate routing, accurate shipping documentation and damaged freight.
* Control expenses and promote sales to stay within budget.

Skills and Knowledge:

* May spend 25%-50% of the time outdoors, exposed to potentially difficult environmental conditions.
