Position Summary
The Executive Director has responsibility for the overall management, vision, direction, efficient operation, planning, budgeting, communications, compliance, and staff development of the community. The Executive Director will also delegate responsibility and authority to department managers and evaluate departmental performance to assure standards of quality are maintained.
Essential Duties and Functions
Recognizes the value of optimizing the potential of all staff and ensures that the organization onboards, develops, and implements healthy and productive practices that develop staff in all ways.
Provides values-based supervision, support, and guidance to direct reports; identifies and creates leadership and professional development opportunities to direct reports.
Collaborates with leadership to develop, implement, and maintain systems and processes for the community to effectively monitor and analyze personnel key performance indicators and metrics, including but not limited to overtime, turnover, performance management, individual development plans, training, and certifications.
Recommend capital expenditures for the maintenance and improvements of the community's facilities and services.
Delivers feedback to staff related to departmental vision and development opportunities, responsible for individual performance feedback.
Make informed hiring decisions by ensuring candidates are the appropriate fit for the department from a technical, strategic and cultural standpoint.
Coaches, models and advocates for all WEL initiatives.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited college or university.
Prefer a master's degree in a related field.
Other professional degrees and experience in health care administration are acceptable.
Licensure/Certification:
Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrators License.
Language Skills:
Advanced Communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to read and interpret policy, procedures, or governmental regulations written in the English Language.
Qualifications include:
Successful implementation of redesign of program operations, strategic planning, expansion of services, and/or development of service models within a Personal Care/Assisted Living, SNF, or CCRC model.
Organizational development and leadership skills.
Ability to interpret and uphold DHS/DOH regulations.
Ability to effectively work with and report on performance metrics.
Ability to develop staffing plans and staff to resident ratios
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Distribution Management
Lead all aspects of RFC operations, including order fulfillment, shipping, warehousing, and reverse logistics.
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve service levels, accuracy, and throughput while controlling cost.
Monitor and improve RFC KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory turns, order accuracy, warranty cycle time, etc.). Create KPI Dashboard and Scorecard
Oversee facility layout, workflow optimization, and equipment investments to increase efficiency and safety.
Ensure flawless execution in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment supporting both B2C and B2B channels.

Job Description
The Corporate Director of Field Construction Operations serves as the company-wide subject matter expert (SME) for field execution excellence, focusing on the performance, development, and consistency of project superintendents. This role is a key driver in elevating field leadership capability, standardizing best practices, and ensuring consistent, high-quality project delivery across all business units. While this position has no direct reports, it carries the full backing of executive leadership and the authority to influence and improve field operations at every project site.

Field Leadership Development
* Assess current superintendents' skills and capabilities through site visits and one-on-one interactions.
* Participate in interviews with potential new hires for key superintendent positions.
* Develop individualized and group development plans to strengthen leadership, technical, and operational skills.
* Lead the creation and delivery of a company-wide Superintendent Training Program, incorporating both technical and leadership competencies.
Standards, Procedures & Best Practices
* Provide SME input into the development and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and execution standards for field operations.
* Ensure all superintendents are trained and aligned with company standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
* Benchmark internal and external best practices to maintain industry-leading field performance.
Project Support & Execution Planning
* Participate in preconstruction planning for large and complex projects, advising on site logistics, staffing, schedule feasibility, and constructability.
* Support site leadership during project mobilization to ensure effective field setup and alignment with execution plans.
* Act as a resource to troubleshoot field execution challenges and mentor superintendents during project delivery.
Field Audits & Performance Oversight
* Conduct regular field audits to evaluate compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety practices.
* Provide clear feedback and actionable improvement recommendations to superintendents and project leadership.
* Track field performance trends and recommend strategic initiatives to address recurring challenges.
Qualifications
* 15+ years of progressive construction field leadership experience, with significant time served as a senior project superintendent on large-scale ($100M+) EPC, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or similar process-industrial projects.
* Proven track record of improving field performance through training, process improvement, and leadership coaching.
* Strong working knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence without direct authority.
* Ability to travel extensively to project sites across the continental United States
