The Expertise and Skills You Bring

You have deep knowledge of telephony, interexchange carrier (IXC) systems, and intelligent cloud-based edge networking capabilities that provide toll free calling services to large enterprise contact centers with resilient cloud infrastructure.
You have deep knowledge of contact center platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Amazon Connect, Nice CXone, CCaaS solutions, Infrastructure as Code and related tools, and CRM systems.
You have experience implementing and optimizing omnichannel strategies including voice, chat, SMS, and email to enhance customer engagement.
You have modernization experience for contact center self-service experiences (IVR to IVA), and intelligent contact routing across channels and services.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000-285,000 USD per year.

Salary: $121,222.00 (Bi-weekly pay)
Relocation: Relocation assistance available with leadership approval
Location: San Antonio, TX or Houston, TX (Baytown office)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (based on program demands)
Travel: Be able to deploy to the program and be on-call as needed. You will be covering three (3) programs. The travel to California would be at most semi-annual. Local programs would be monthly.

Qualifications Required:
Active Registered Nursing License and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum three (3) years in a nursing leadership/management role
Direct experience in pediatric care and understanding of child/adolescent psychology/mental health
Demonstrated experience in crisis response, team supervision, and compliance reporting
Previous ORR experience (preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
Proficiency in documentation, regulatory standards, and trauma-informed practice
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; must live near a major airport and be willing to travel as required

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Operations Director to lead our Conroe hospice branch-currently our largest and fastest-growing location-with oversight of a new nearby branch opening within the next six months.
This is a highly visible leadership role focused on operational excellence, staff engagement, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with hands-on hospice operations experience who can rebuild trust, stabilize culture, and effectively partner with sales while maintaining clinical and operational integrity.

Team & Reporting Structure
The Hospice Operations Director leads branch-level operations (6-10 employees) and works closely with clinical leadership.
