Key Responsibilities

Provide brand-specific repair estimates and lead times; generate custom quotes as needed for non-standard services.
Communication Management
Begin each day with a review of all outstanding client and brand messages.

About the role
The AML Program Lead is responsible for servicing the Reddit account through the development of high-quality work, leading the onboarding and training of all team members, and supporting up to 5 AMLs to ensure they meet their own goals.
