Summary: The Regional Financial control is the entry point for all projects and issues involving directly or indirectly Finance/Accounting. Point of contact for any legal corporate request such as account approvals, dividend distribution, capital restructuration. Compliance Control on a yearly basis that key controls defined by Group Internal Control are implemented and efficient and ensure corrective actions are implemented in case of deficiency identified. Follow up internal audit recommendation and ensure any deficiency identified is handled locally. Finance organization in the region Implement in the local organizations the target operating model and ensure that all organization in the region are in line with group objectives. Responsible for the efficiency of the finance team in the network, appointing the local finance head in coordination with the local General Managers. Organize, on a regular basis, communications to all local heads of finance to ensure proper share of Finance Group initiatives and news (group priorities, status on key finance projects, share of best practices, group performances…) People Management In coordination with the Group Financial Control, recruit/train/develop financial controllers to realize the missions listed above.
