A regional sales manager must have strong leadership and decision-making skills to enforce policies and procedures to boost operations performance.

Owner/Manager

Owners/managers are responsible for establishing a business and managing the operations once the business is running. They plan and make sure that the company has adequate financing. As such, owners also become overseers who would ensure that the organization remains afloat.

Director Of Sales

A sales director is responsible for managing the sales operation of the team, ensuring that members comply with the sales strategies and procedures in meeting sales goals. Sales directors' duties include maintaining consistency of sales targets, providing reports and important updates for sales improvement, managing customers' inquiries and resolving complaints, launching new services to expand product offers, researching the current market trends, and improving sales plans. A sales director must have excellent leadership and decision-making skills to support and acknowledge the team's best efforts.

Division Manager

Division managers supervise a section of the company and are responsible for that division's success. General duties include organizing, planning, allocating resources, and managing the daily operations of the sector. Part of their duty is to evaluate the division's performance and develop strategies for performance improvement. They ensure that compliance to policies and procedures is maintained by the team members. Also, they assist in employee recruitment and performance evaluation for promotion, retention, and termination undertakings.
