• Availability: The clinics are open 7 days a week, 12 hours a day Monday to Friday and up to 12 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, so you may be expected to be available to take calls during these operating hours. Job Summary
Associate Territory Manager (ATM) is a field-based role that encompasses both sales and sales support responsibilities. Retail Territory Manager
The role of the Retail Territory Manager (RTM) is to enhance world class Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Mondelēz DSD execution for a set of identified customers at the retail level in a geographic based territory. The primary responsibility of the RTM is to drive Mondelēz brand growth by generating new sales within the defined territory while ensuring the execution of sales objective and priorities across all customers and providing direction to the retail execution team, primarily Full-Time (FT) and Part-Time (PT) Sales Service Representatives (SSRs), through various communication tools. RTM focus will be to sell business-building, in-store merchandising programs to key store personnel through effective planning, relationship building, and usage of consumer and sales data. Job Summary:
Regional Maintenance Supervisors support maintenance operations across all assigned regions by performing hands-on maintenance, providing training and coaching to team members, and ensuring cost-effective practices. This 100% in person Support role requires daily travel between our properties with in assigned regions, successful collection of monthly preventative maintenance logs and conducting quarterly inspections to maintain operational excellence.

Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects, and standardize processes across all sites.
Ensures adherence to customer service standards. Works with maintenance staff to ensure that resident maintenance issues are dealt with in a timely manner and that proper follow-through is done.
Daily Travel is required and must be open to overnight stays, this requires your own reliable transportation.
Must work onsite daily, this is not a remote position.
Conducts quarterly property inspections for assigned regions.
Must be okay with spending anywhere from 50% to 100% of their time doing hands on property maintenance as requested by Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent.
Covers properties directly or coordinates with local maintenance staff to ensure that all properties have maintenance coverage within their assigned portfolio preventing a lapse in coverage if there is role vacancy.
Assist maintenance staff in resolving and handling repairs as needed on a daily basis.
Cover on-call's for existing staff who are out of town, taking paid time off, sick leave or other applicable leave of absences.
Works with Regional Manager, HR, and Maintenance Superintendent to hire, train and develop on-site maintenance technicians according to company policy and procedure.
Regularly inspects property for safety and security issues, and ensures required maintenance and repairs are completed.
Assists property manager with preparation of maintenance operating budgets in accordance with owner objectives.
Must collect all preventative maintenance logs from assigned properties on a monthly basis.
Lead regional training event with all maintenance staff present once per quarter.
Maintains systems for monitoring and tracking work orders, preventive maintenance work performed (accurately completed at all properties), compliance with safety requirements, supplies and parts inventories, purchases, and efficient make readies are performed according to expectations and standards.
Must be able to lift up to 55lbs.
Must be able to work in enclosed spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.

Job Description
As the General Manager over this 400 team member plant, you will lead manufacturing operations in the achievement of business objectives by developing and executing effective business strategies. You will drive and measure safety, quality, delivery and cost performance while leveraging data to drive continuous improvement. You will lead and develop a world-class manufacturing team that is focused on results and culture.

Strong lean manufacturing experience

The Absorbent Hygiene General Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the business unit, ensuring its operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic alignment with the company's business objectives. The role is responsible for managing resources, cross-functional teams, and initiatives to meet the needs of the business and drive growth.
Primary responsibilities include:
Full P&L responsibility for the business unit.
Lead, direct, inspire, and coordinate all business functions including operations, product development, engineering, supply chain, procurement, marketing, and finance in support of business unit strategy.
Understand and anticipate trends from technologies, demographics, and competitors to maintain First Quality's standing as a leader in the Absorbent Hygiene industry.
Build standards, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality products.
Align business unit objectives with company goals, ensuring a cohesive approach to growth and profitability.
Develop and monitor financial goals, budgets, and forecasts to ensure profitability and long-term sustainability.
Identify and implement cost-saving strategies while ensuring continued investment in technology, infrastructure, and personnel to support growth.
