Job Summary

Proven leadership experience driving high-performance outcomes and fostering collaborative sales cultures.
Strong knowledge of roadway safety industry and customer targets.

About the Role
The Regional Manager oversees multifamily community operations within their designated region, driving financial performance, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The base salary range for this role is $129,000 per year - $169,050 per year. This position is eligible for additional compensation in the form of a commission.

Responsibilities:
Deliver or exceed district sales objectives

Inspect properties regularly for resident and Service Valet compliance
Customer Retention

Create and maintain cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with property staff through daily site visits and immediate response to questions and concerns
