• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals within the concrete industry, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to perform complex construction case evaluations in areas of project scope and engineering, to resent and communicate supportive technical documentation

Training:

• OSHA 30 hour
• Current ACI and TCA Certifications
• Project Management Professional Certification

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Participates in the development of strategic plans and team development in the formulation of Region-Specific objectives for quality, team and company growth and profitability.
• Administers company policies, leads department activities to develop and implement long range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
• Implements business strategic plans financial performance and production.
• Oversees departments, proactively involved by reviewing production and operating reports in-order to resolve sales, production, operational, and jobsite problems that ensure minimizing costs and preventing operational delays.
• Ensure that business operations are efficient and effective through analysis of systems and proper management of resources, labor, and equipment mobilization.
• Oversees key projects, processes and reporting of performance reports, data, and analysis.
• Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to ensure accuracy and determine department or regional progress toward stated goals and objectives.
• Confers with General Manager, CFO and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from status and conditions.
• Reviews and supports Business Development and Estimating to ensure the region is meeting sales goals and future market growth.
• Maintains and grows key relationships with strategic business partners
• Prepares and submits regional budget for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, and submittal for capital expenditures.
• Adheres to OSHA standards and takes ownership of production procedures and work instructions and improves, creates or modifies them as necessary.
• Organize and implement training programs to provide opportunities for our team members to grow and advance
• Manages the recruitment, management, and evaluation of regional team members; establishes performance requirements for team members and metrics for regional performance.
• Communicates company policy to team members.
• Maintains confidentiality.
• Contributes to building a positive team spirit and engaging team members by recognizing the accomplishments of other team members and building group morale.
• Initiates or suggests plans to motivate team members to achieve department goals.
• Ensures all safety policies are followed at all-times and communicated across region
