About Your Role:
As a Regional Training Manager, you'll support retail field training implementation. Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Regional Training Managers (RTM) have comprehensive knowledge of store operations processes, practices, and standards. They are the field's “store experts” as well as deliver best-in-class learning through large and small group classroom facilitation and experiential learning in the field. RTMs act as the training business partner to Regional Directors and District Managers and provide regular business updates and training solutions that support company strategic plans and a high performing training organization. RTMs interact with all levels of the business from the field to the Store Support Center (SSC), including interaction with senior leaders during major training initiatives.
Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and ability to lead change are critical to this role in a rapidly growing organization where the RTM leads critical new business initiatives. Must be willing to travel up to 12 days per month which may include, air travel, driving company vehicle for up to 5 hours to locations: shuttles, trains, and rental cars.
Primary Responsibilities for the Role:
Oversee GOLD Store Trainers (MST) including identification, in-store assessment, certification for all districts, and ongoing retention/succession of the GST Program.
Ensure the SM Training Program is executed per company expectation, producing highly proficient Store Managers at time of assignment.
Oversee and manage the DM Training Program, creating DM training plans, providing high levels on ongoing interaction and support during training, producing highly proficient District Managers at time of assignment.
Additional Responsibilities for the Role:
Training Design & Facilitation Leadership
Facilitate MST Certification Sessions once per quarter as scheduled.
Facilitate the SSC/Zone-based DM Training Program.
Conduct Train-The-Trainer sessions with DM Trainers to enable effective technical training delivery to the DM audience.
Facilitate large groups of 80-120 people during major company events.
Implement best-in-class learning strategies to ensure learning objectives are met through effective facilitation.
Leverage adult learning principles and methodologies to support delivery of SSC content development facilitated in the field.
Meet facilitation requirements including long periods of speaking, standing, navigating classroom/store environments, and traveling in inclement weather.
Be a Training Champion to sustain training efforts and embed learning behaviors into daily operations and routines.
Strategic Training Consultation & Program Execution
Strategically consult, plan, and coordinate with DMs to support Zone People Visits in key markets/major initiatives.
Provide performance consultation to regional business partners regarding MSTs, SMTs, and DMITs.
Consult with regional business partners to ensure GST selections meet all requirements for the role.
Provide subject matter expertise (SME) for DM Trainer Program development and implementation.
Conduct ongoing quarterly MST Council sessions to maintain engagement and ensure SM Training Program execution.
Conduct in-person field visits with MSTs to validate that the SM Training Program is being executed per company expectation, communicating through email with regional business partners pre-visit and post-visit to ensure appropriate business partner support.
Gather feedback to determine performance gaps and conduct needs analysis to determine appropriate training solutions.
Consult as an SME with the SSC Development Design Team on development of assessments, measurement, and productivity tools to sustain training, identify knowledge, skill, and application gaps.
Your Required Skills and Experience:
Qualifications
3 to 5 years Training and Facilitation experience in human resources, business, education or equivalent experience as a multi-unit manager. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever changing and results-based environment.
Education
High School Diploma with 3 to 5 years training experience, Undergraduate degree/Graduate degree preferred.
Technical Skills/Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint). Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.

Oversees the narcotic and non-control discrepancy review processes, anesthesia audits, ADC overrides, and electronic diversion monitoring reports. Ensures implementation of new procedures and processes for the pharmacy staff.
Supervision/Staffing of Department Personnel:
Supervises the scheduling, evaluating, and daily activities of the pharmacy personnel. Responsible for conducting performance evaluations. Ensures adequate staffing with the assistance of the other team members, maintaining a workload balance within the pharmacy department. Assists the leaders in FTE budgeting and maintaining adequate pharmacy personnel. Conducts and provides on-going professional staff development via meetings and in-services.
People:

Information Systems:

Legal Ethics and Compliance
Serve as the organization's primary contact for important issues of professional responsibility and legal ethics

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree and J.D. degree are required.
Skills and Experience:
At least 10 years of litigation experience, including experience in complex civil rights litigation
At least 5 years of experience managing others in litigation, including lawyers, legal fellows, legal interns, and paralegals
Experience overseeing a legal practice, including extensive experience collaborating with outside co-counsel and private law firms
Ability to think creatively and strategically about the direction of a legal program
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
High emotional intelligence and cultural competency

A Day In The Life
The District Manager, under the leadership of the Regional Sales Director will manage and develop the finance and insurance income activity and results for a defined District of GSFS Toyota and affiliated dealerships. The DM will be responsible for 1) improving the product and services market penetration in the client base 2) identifying organic and acquisition opportunities to improve volume, product production index, units under management, TEC / VSC penetrations, dealership finance and insurance department profitability, as well as introduce and manage new and existing programs to the client base.
The District Manager will focus their income development efforts to deliver three primary and measurable results: 1) Drive the sales process which will result in additional Toyota vehicle deliveries. 2) Manage the development activity to create lifelong customers in the Toyota and affiliated dealership base 3) Provide ongoing programs, products, and services which make our Toyota Dealers and GSFS the most profitable in the automotive industry.
As a District Manager you will:
Organize the District to drive production, development, and sales through organic and acquisition opportunities as well as develop processes to expedite.
Initiate, develop and maintain positive TFS and GST relationships create solutions and partnerships with Toyota dealers to increase sales, improve customer service and influence their perception and satisfaction with the GSFS Group.
Work with RSD and GSFS Management to ensure that each primary client is familiar with the income development analysis, purpose, function and implementation.
Drive GSFS growth by analyzing market opportunities; current and new products, as well as contribute to the overall strategic sales marketing plan for the GSFS Group.
Analyze and report monthly and quarterly objectives for each district on a timely basis.
Build loyalty among our customer base by assisting their efforts to develop solutions that will improve sales productivity, volume, and profitability.
DM must have the ability to plan, schedule appointments, identify dealers' needs and create action plans with real solutions.

What we need from you
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; plus, two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred experience will include 2- 3 years of income development activity on the provider level for multiple dealerships as well as 2-3 years of retail F&I, and /or GSM/GM experience.
Valid driver's license required.
Willing to complete the courses and pass exams required by specific states needed to obtain applicable license.
Exceed expectations as it relates to expanding the market share for the Toyota Dealer, GSFS Group, GST, and TFS.

Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide effective leadership and direction to profit centers within the assigned region, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability
* Drive, maintain, and evangelize the Company culture, purpose, and core beliefs through hands-on training, effective onboarding, and selection of new Extra Milers within their assigned region
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the local and regional client representatives within the region, ensuring clear communication, understanding of operational needs, and alignment of services to exceed expectations
* Monitor and evaluate the operational performance of each profit center within the region, implementing strategies to optimize productivity and quality of service
* Ensure adherence to Riverstone's client blueprints and operational standards across all sites within the region, driving consistency in processes, procedures, and service offerings
* Take ownership of the financial performance of the assigned sites/profit centers
* Conduct regular onsite performance reviews and analysis of key metrics, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
* Support the professional development and growth of site managers and operational staff within the region, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance skills and capabilities
* Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks within the region, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies
* Travel to all assigned profit centers on a regular basis based on the operational demands of each location
* Conducts and/or participate in regional client/customer meetings as needed
* Provides and ensures local site leadership coverage when needed

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
* 3-5 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
