About the facility: The Williamson, NY operation is a roughly 1 million sq ft production facility with 217 acres of land. The site is the Home of the Brand Motts that has been delighting our consumers for more than 140 yrs. Production Operations Manager - Williamson, NY
The Operations Manager will be responsible for all manufacturing personnel, process, materials and equipment from start to end. This individual is accountable for delivering the established site goals, as well as collaborating with site leadership to establish and lead processes that achieve high standards of safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and high employee engagement. Our Williamson facility runs 24/7 creating our famous MOTTS products as well as some of our other delicious brands and flavors of beverages. This role is a Non-union role; however, our production team is Unionized. This individual will be heavily involved in Labor Relations.
Shifts & Schedule: This full-time position will be supporting our DayShift. Additional flexibility to work overtime.
Position Responsibilities
Assumes a shared role as a safety champion that inspires team members to embrace and be accountable for personal safety. Ensure a safe and orderly working environment, free of slip/trip hazards; maintain compliance to meet/exceed all site and regulatory requirements.
Will be a culture champion and, in a position to support and mentor our leaders.
Direct all departmental related activities to ensure the timely execution of the production schedule to meet production and service goals. Ensure a high level of customer service while meeting inventory management goals, including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Deliver cost and performance, complete projects & assignments on time, and according to plan. Partners with site leadership to develop and execute a capital plan for the site.
Ensures adherence to food safety, regulatory and quality guidelines.
Leverages Lean, 5S, and TPM principles to drive process improvement across all aspects of manufacturing including safety, quality and productivity. Identify, recommend and execute continuous improvement initiatives in the production operation including process, machinery, method and material changes, in support of plant goals. Develop and streamline procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas.
Proactively engages maintenance and technical functions to work in unison with operations team members to maintain equipment in OEM conditions safely, efficiently, and cost effectively with minimal disruption to customer service.
Drives employee engagement using HPT principles; Sets goals, assesses performance, ensures open communication, provides coaching, and establishes a team atmosphere.
Develops procedures, protocols, and standardized work; Ensures/Provides training to develop/grow direct reports.
Manage all employee related issues within the department. Effectively manage departmental staffing requirements in accordance to the operating budget.
Guide and support technicians in trouble-shooting production equipment when necessary.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.

About This Role

The position involves a variable 50/55-hour work week. Job Description:
The Regional Director of Nursing (RDON) coordinates provision of home infusion services to maintain compliance by directing professional practices, company policies and procedures, standards of practice, local, state, and federal rules and regulations, and accreditation standards for the assigned services and areas. The RDON will initially focus on New York state with likely, future expansion to other states anticipated. The RDON organizes, plans, implements, and evaluates agency services, programs and activities, with oversight of subcontracted services. Ensures adequate, effective, efficient, and appropriate delivery of services to maintain quality day-to-day care for all clients, which includes the ability to troubleshoot infusion-related problems remotely. The RDON is also responsible for representing BioMatrix infusion nursing with referral sources in a professional and persuasive manner.
The primary purpose is to plan, organize, develop, and direct in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation standards, and current standards of practice that govern the assigned services and facilities, and may be advised by the Chief Clinical Officer and/or Medical Director, if applicable, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
The Regional Director of Nursing Services is an RN, BSN who has graduated from an accredited school of nursing and is currently licensed to practice in the State of residence. They supervise infusion
services regulations and accreditation standards and strives to provide the highest quality of care in their assigned area.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
* Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York required.

Five Star Equipment has an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Representative for our Rochester, NY territory. We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced sales professional to join our team. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for the sale, rental and leasing of all new and used John Deere equipment, parts and service. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing partnerships with current and potential clients to grow Five Star Equipment's market share in a given territory.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
This individual is in the direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring the customer's needs and expectations are met.
Schedules consistent calls and visits to current and potential customers.
Develops rapport with current customers, maintaining satisfaction to ensure ongoing business.
Responsible for securing business, related but not limited to: demonstrating products, assisting in technical presentations, offering consultative assistance in areas of machine specifications, attachments, etc. based on customer type and individual applications of machinery.
Sell whole goods, parts and services as a customer solution and build long term relationships with assigned accounts to maximize customer and company profitability.
Manage designated territories and customers to maximize our presence on equipment purchases.
Meet or exceed Company targets for units, dollars and gross profit.
Promotes and sells allied support services such as preventative maintenance contracts, undercarriage repair and replacement, and on-site fueling.
Provides information on trade-in equipment when requested.
Attends and participates in sales meetings and sales training sessions as required to stay current with new equipment and special sales programs.
Utilizes Company CRM system to manage up to date call logs, prospect lists and mileage information.
Monitors competitors' activity/products and provides timely communication to sales management.
Follows the standard for conduct within the department. Provides positive, proactive attitude and cooperates with all company employees, vendors and customers.

Qualifications
5-8 years of successful sales experience in a highly competitive outside sales role is preferred.
3-5 years of experience in industrial, construction or heavy equipment retail or rental sales is preferred.
Ability to operate and demonstrate working features of heavy equipment being sold or rented.
Record of success in growing sales, market share and client base.
Ability to use software applications such as the CDK business system (e.g., CRM & Prospect Board), Microsoft Office and Internet functions.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours as well as work in various demanding environmental conditions.
Must have a valid Driver's License and clean motor vehicle record.
