What Does A Regional Project Manager Do At Johnson Controls

* Manage integration synergy projects on time, to ensure they remain within specifications and budget
* Select the right expertise to support projects across the combined organization in collaboration with the different functional owner in order to ensure project success
* Provide regional support of global network and transportation modelling initiatives and associated roadmap of projects that is identified from those activities

What Does A Regional Project Manager Do At Emerson

* Manage the Chicago Regional Projects
* Work to build a close business relationship with customers in the area regional project implementation so that Emerson Process Management Power & Water Solutions can grow its business volume while providing quality service and support to our customers
* Assist in meeting the financial, productivity and quality objectives of Emerson Process Management Power & Water Solutions for the region: sales volume, margin, customer satisfaction, on-time shipments, high quality startup and support service
* Supervise and coordinate Emerson Process Management Power & Water Solutions personnel, equipment and financial resources to expand the business volume and profitability in the region
* Frequently communicate with regional customers by telephone, letters and through plant visits to develop knowledge of customer needs and close a business relationship upon which long-term success can be achieved

* Insure adherence to relevant SOPs and Work Instructions
* Provide Monitoring Visit Report (on-site and remote) review
* Support the AD/Sr PM in order to implement the registries in the assigned region
