REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field. 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense sectors. Deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DoD and ISO standards; experience with startup environments preferred. Demonstrate ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence organizational behavior at all levels. Proven experience leading multi-site teams and implementing standardized EHS management systems. Active or obtainable DoD Secret Clearance.
