We are looking for a Regional Consultant for our Strategic Sales & Service department which is dedicated to supporting firm sales initiatives, client servicing and relationship-building efforts in partnership with an external wholesaler in an assigned territory. This is an opportunity to promote the sale of the firm's proprietary investment services through third-party distribution channels while gaining an understanding of client needs and assisting with development of relevant sales ideas. Job Description
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Type: Part Time - Benefitted

Overview

Remote Position (OR/WA Only)

This is a remote position - incumbents, who reside in Oregon or Washington only. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned Legacy Health location.

All new hires are required to come to a designated Legacy Health office location in Portland, Oregon prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new hire paperwork.

Note that our employee health plan coverage is for providers based in the Legacy Health geographic region. To find providers in our network click here. Urgent and emergent coverage is available outside Legacy Health's geographic region and telehealth is available within Oregon and Washington.

This position may require initial training and orientation to be site-based, before transitioning to the remote schedule.



Responsibilities

The Telehealth Associate will excel in this role using their organization, project coordination and communication skills daily. The Telehealth and Regional Outreach Consultant oversees operations for internal and external telehealth programs and services, triaging requests as they arise. Designs systems with related teams to trouble shoot issues related to Telehealth programs, establishing criteria for appropriate delegation based on clinical needs. Assists Program Director with evaluation of processes with the goal of improving operational efficiencies throughout all services/programs.

Manages schedule for the implementation, development and maintenance of departmental system(s) and procedures used to facilitate remote communication of telehealth information, keeping in mind the capacity and limitation of the Legacy systems, outreach client capabilities and desired outcome. The consultant leads development of clinical workflows with various clinical teams to develop standardized workflows consistent throughout programs and communicates/educates other departments impacted by new processes (ex. Billing, One Call, Epic)

Mentors and orients new staff as well as other involved Legacy staff specific to existing and new programs and clinical operations. Develops training materials for new technical operations that extend to providers and clinical staff for program planning and implementation.

The Consultant is the primary contact for IS to develop new trouble shooting processes, and works with the involved teams and vendors to implement new services. Works collaboratively with Telehealth Coordinator to develop customized workflows for new sites/programs internally and externally.



Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Hospital Administration, Nursing or related field, or related equivalent experience required. Master's Degree preferred.

Experience:

Seven to ten years' experience in clinical operations, EHR implementation, project management, developing workflow processes, and/or team leadership. Experience in successful collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Two years' experience in data analysis related to healthcare preferred. Knowledge of current computer systems used within Legacy Health preferred.

Skills:

Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships and strong communication skills with colleagues, physicians, and staff of other healthcare facilities.

Capable of coordinating efforts with team members within and outside of own department.

Demonstrated ability to do systematic, thorough problem solving.

Demonstrated knowledge of project management skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of hospital EMR systems and basic clinical terminology to navigate through documentation

Basic knowledge of operations, patient flow and physician surveying.

Ability to problem-solve and prioritize multiple projects.

Ability to handle multiple demands and to respond to rapidly changing priorities.

Independent judgment skills to effectively make appropriate decisions related to the position.

Experience in working with community providers in a professional setting.

Organizational skills that demonstrate ability to both function independently and work closely with others in the organization.

Knowledge of administrative, financial and marketing systems.

Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in accomplishing the objectives of the program.

Knowledge of basic connectivity mechanisms required for developing workflows for remote image transfer services
