Essential Job Duties
Estimates project costs, consults, and provides timely and effective communication during a project with multiple internal groups at all levels of the organization including sales and engineering on technical matters, ensuring the feasibility of proposed solutions.
Participates in needs analysis and information gathering meetings with Sales, Service, Distribution, and customers as required to help define the best customer solution.

Manage company-provided leads + prospect new ones through referrals and networking
Deliver engaging water demos and close sales ($50K revenue, 25 units)
Build lasting relationships with follow-up visits post-installation
What We're Looking For
3+ years of sales experience (residential a plus)
Proven closer with strong communication skills

Valid driver's license + reliable transportation

Position Summary:
The Outside Sales Consultant is a sales position that acts as the face of Alert 360 to sell Security, Smart Home Automation, and Video Monitoring camera solutions to both residential and business customers.

Qualifications:
Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
Outside sales, inside sales, B2B or door knocking experience a PLUS!
Highly motivated in order to achieve personal and company goals.
Desire and drive to make money and be successful
Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
Ability to close significant transactions by meeting face to face with potential or existing customers.
Excellent customer relationship-building skills, have solid interpersonal skills, and are not averse to change or difficult situations.
You must be able to perform basic math and perform daily tasks from iPad or smart phone.
Requirements:
Comfortable working for 100% commission.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Must have reliable transportation with a good driving record, valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
Weekend and evening availability
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Greet our patients and customers as they enter the store, identify patients needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while providing promotional products and services available.
* Assists patients and customers to choose eyewear that best fit their budget requirements as well as eye care needs.
* Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescription.
* Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations.
* Attain sales goals established while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
* Adhering to quality control standards including OSHA and other safety requirements.
* Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
* Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
* Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
* Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.
* Other duties as assigned and required.

* You have 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment
* You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
* You have the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
