Ecolab is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative to join our team in the Rapid City, South Dakota market. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, managing your territory, servicing laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and selling new solutions for our customers to help achieve our mutual goal of a cleaner, safer & healthier environment for all.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Leverage tools and technology (including tablet and mobile phone apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions to customers
Communicate our total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accounts
Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems
Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed
Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions
Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring your customers' operations are fully functional
Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs
Position Details: (if applicable)
This is a field-based position and may require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas:
Rapid City, SD
Pierre, SD
Spearfish, SD
During your training program, you will be required to travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for 2 of the 12 weeks. The remaining weeks will be in-field training. Ecolab will arrange and pay for your travel and certain travel-related expenses. You are responsible for having the proper documentation to fly such as a Real ID or other acceptable form of identification.
After completing an initial training program, you will be managing, servicing, and selling to established customers including restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more within an assigned territory. In some cases, where a territory is not immediately available, associates will be assigned a supporting role until a territory assignment becomes available.
Weekend Rotation:
Generally, 1 in 8 weekends are required (based on business demand)
Travel Required: 50%

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The total Compensation range for this position is $55,700-$83,700 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

Responsibilities:
Work with Store Managers to aid them in developing consistency among all stores in all facets of retail sales management e.g., collections, processing, sales, training, hiring, disciplinary action, terminations, etc.
Responsible for directly supervising, hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating employment for all Store Managers.
Execute the retail operations strategic plan through the efficient collection, processing and sale of donated good.
Reviews analysis of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department progress toward goals and objectives.
Extensive travel required. This position will be traveling to assigned stores four of five days per week.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but will accept a combination of education and two years work experience in management.

Working Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment and various warehouse locations and conditions. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

What will you do as a Pricing & Sales Insights Specialist ?
As part of the Sales Execution Leadership Team, the Pricing and Sales Insight Specialist supports business strategies and provides successful outcomes by creating meaningful insights into topics related to pricing, products, and market trends.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate pricing strategies and recommend adjustments based on market trends, competitor benchmarks, and profitability targets.
Monitor and report on sales performance across products, categories, regions, and customer segments.
Prepare reports and presentations that clearly explain findings and recommendations related to sales, distribution, and strategies.
Help forecast future products, sales, and market trends using historical data.
Recommend improvements to data collection, reporting processes, and analytical frameworks.
Stay current with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business or three years' experience in consumer goods or beverages or similar industry
Preferred to have experience in Margin Minder, Power BI, or similar reporting system to analyze data.
Microsoft Office Proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
