This person will develop customer relationships over the phone, over the counter, as well as visiting customer offices and job sites. The focus of the position is to assist in the quoting and sales of commercial equipment and projects but will also entail working within the Inside Sales Team and assisting with basic parts and equipment queries for service and mechanical contractors. Job Responsibilities: Identifies customers' product needs and coordinates execution of orders. Assists contractors in design and layout of HVAC systems; including but not limited to recommendations of equipment, providing submittal information, and depicting piping and equipment locations using building drawing programs such as AutoCAD Uses manufacturer-provided software for producing project layouts, submittal information, price quotes, etc. Ensures customers are provided competitive pricing for all jobs, sometimes involving coordination with the Purchasing Department for vendor negotiations. Partners with customers, vendors, the Inside Sales Department and the Accounting Department to resolve all customer service issues.
