Your Mission

As a Regional OEM Sales Representative, you will be part of a dynamic sales organization representing a superior premium product. You will be responsible for supporting our Sales efforts at all levels within your assigned territory and executing strategies both individually and also part of a team approach for specific key accounts. You will be assigned target accounts to develop share gain strategies and plans. You will educate customers on the Autocar value proposition, our service and parts' benefits in an effort to support existing accounts and develop new accounts, selling direct to the end user. This role will be focused on profitable growth and increased market share of this rapidly growing business sector.

List of KEY criteria, skill sets, and experience needed

Bachelor's Degree
Class 8 vocational truck sales experience
Refuse truck sales experience preferred
Track record selling a premium product, identifying and setting up direct sales calls, delivering professional presentations, winning new customers, growing sales, and has strong CRM experience.

Organized with ability to manage and prioritize activities to deliver results
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM
Ability to travel (44 weeks out of year)
Team Player
Self-starter

This position will cover Illinois/Wisconsin/Minnesota/Kansas/South Dakota/North Dakota/Iowa/Missouri United States Territory. Residence within IL or Kansas territory preferred.
