* Manage daily operations of an outside technician team of 15 to 20 plus technicians, whose work includes the installation and maintenance of residential and business telephony services, as well as design services and splicing activities.

* Trains new SCR’s via the specialized Superior Court Representative Training Manual.
* Maintains excellent client relations with courts; reports concerns to the Court Project Manager.
* Travels frequently to assigned courts, to the Project site, or as assigned.
* Perform the core responsibilities of a Superior Court Representative:
* Assists customers with information regarding their cases.
* Accepts payments on cases referred to GC Services; documents respective account upon receipt of payment.
* Prepares/makes daily bank deposit (or entrusts to courier); safely secures all funds.
* Reports payments to the GCS Bookkeeping department for daily processing.
* Processes all payment types including unidentified payments per required guidelines.
* Arranges court appearances before Commissioner/Judge upon request.
* Processes abstract release requests for the customers.
* Identifies delinquent cases for placement with GCS.
* Researches disputed “AVR” accounts in the STAR Tracks; records the findings as STAR important notes.
* Assists Court staff with any additional tasks or special projects assigned.
* Compiles various daily, weekly and monthly reports
