The Regional Manager will be responsible for oversight of personal training at multiple clubs. The club trainers and Member Experience Managers (mxms) at each club report to the Regional Manager. The Regional Manager's main role is in developing the trainers and MXMS that report to them. The MXMs are an extension of the Regional Manager, and the Regional Manager is an extension of the Owner. Development, training, mentorship and leadership of trainers and MXMs will determine the success of the Regional Manager. A Regional Manager must take ownership in ALL aspects of personal training in the clubs they oversee.

Requirements:

The perfect applicant will be have flexible hours, be a team leader, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of our brand! To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator/coach, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in the club. A good candidate will enjoy working in a health club environment, have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others. Personal Training experience is required and you must have a current Certificate. This position will manage several trainers and several different locations.

Management experience within the fitness industry is required. You must have a current personal training certification from a reputable institution but NASM is preferred. You must have experience with building a team of fitness professionals.

The Regional Training Manager will lead the Pratt U program in the midwest US and will oversee the development and maintenance of a sustainable system of programs and processes that enhance employees' knowledge, skills, and productivity. This position will develop and implement training modules to meet the needs of our personnel. In conjunction with the Pratt U team, the Regional Director of Training will be responsible for leadership of design, delivery, and management of the Training and Development function for all functional areas within the company. The role will include all aspects of training needs assessment and training development, delivery, evaluation, and management.
RESPONSIBILITIES



Partner with Subject Matter Experts and Pratt U team to develop and deliver appropriate training curricula and programs to meet organizational needs Manage the design, development, and delivery of learning content, including in person delivery of course content to support the organization's goals Facilitate training at plants within the region Develop a means of measuring the effectiveness of training programs developed or administered through evaluation, testing, and assessment of program outcomes Develop program to refresh and update training as necessary and at regular intervals Stay connected and apprised of external marketplace trends in training; seek out leading technology trends to improve training processes such as e-learning, mobile learning, video-based training, virtual learning environments, and adaptive learning


Develop relationships across company to remain aligned with current and future training needs Research and select outside consultants and trainers to conduct training on specific topics Work within and promote mission, values, and culture of Pratt Industries Build, track, and assign localtraining within the LMS Ensure training documentation is stored, linked, and utilized as a part of the trainingprocess



JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS ABILITIES

The Manager Training & Development role is responsible for driving the culture of continuous learning and

development within their assigned region. They will build and maintain collaborative partnerships with

regional leaders, HR business partners and other stakeholders to identify training needs and relevant

solutions that increase effectiveness. They will consult with stakeholders to identify the training needs

through gap analysis and then work with the training team to design, develop, implement, and evaluate
training content.


Overview of Responsibilities

•Support the execution of store operations training initiatives aligned to company priorities and
compliance
•Assist with the development of learning plans and schedules, course content, and training aides to
support field team members
•Ensure consistent use of training modules, videos, and training tools across the Region
•Analyze data and provide regular reports to key stakeholders on progress and impact of training
initiatives; assesses training effectiveness and works closely with the field training team to modify
