Knowledge of and utilizes appropriate age-related treatments and evaluations relating to the needs of clients/patients/residents. May treat individuals of all ages with varying diagnosis and disorders. Will demonstrate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements. Timely completion of any provider enrollment forms and reports needed for third-party payers or other outside entities.
Provide clinical support to practicum/internship students or less experienced therapists as needed.
Provide consultation for churches, schools, organizations, and communities in areas related to behavioral health and family life.
Develop a positive working relationship with area agencies, including but not limited to, County Boards of Mental Health, Probation, Diversion, State Criminal Justice System, and DHHS.
Assist in the promotion of agency mission, services, workshops, and classes.
