Regions Bank benefits

Working from home, which they are now taking away after many years of allowing it!

Cons of working at Regions Bank

Too focused on their “image” and diversity/inclusion to actually care about rewarding excellent employees and weeding out the people that don’t perform. Constantly collapsing multiple positions/roles to the point management cannot perform duties effectively.

Pros of working at Regions Bank

401k match, bank holidays off.

What do you like best about Regions Bank's CEO and the leadership team?

Absolutely nothing. Leadership at the executive level has no clue.

How would you improve Regions Bank's culture?

Truly care about your employees, stop the lip service and talking out both ends.

How did you prepare for the Regions Bank interview?

I didn’t prepare much for the interview, I let my resume and skills speak for themselves.

How does your compensation at Regions Bank compare to the industry average?

The compensation is below all other major competitors.

Regions prides themselves on this, to the point qualified people do not get opportunity simply because they don’t fit the “image” Regions wants to portray.

The ability to work from home.
