Job Description:
At Regions, the Scrum Master serves as a facilitator and Agile coach for up to two development teams. This position provides leadership helping the Agile teams adhere to the rules of Scrum, applies the practices and principles of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise), and works within and outside the team to remove impediments. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

First Level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) and/or SAFe Practitioner certification

Job Description:

Job Description:
At Regions, the Loan Fulfillment Closer prepares and submits loan closing packages and works with the closing agent, attorney or title company, and Fulfillment and production team members to facilitate loan closings.
Primary Responsibilities
Verifies closing details are accurate in the system
Reviews title commitment and obtains corrections if necessary
Reviews hazard insurance to ensure data is correct in the system
Prepares and emails closing documents to the closing agent
Wires funds timely to the closing agent
Confirms loan has been closed/disbursed in the system

Prepare bidding instructions according to investor guidelines and ensure proper bidding for sales where M&T's lien is not in first position.
Review VA appraiser invoices for payment. Obtain necessary W-9, set up payee header and submit invoice for payment.
Perform initial review of documents required for foreclosure or simple contested litigation, gathering of backup and submission to Tier 2 Reviewer for further review and execution.
Review equity position and prepare necessary equity analysis for potential charge off.
Provide sale results to investor, MI companies and other necessary parties, updating systems as required.
Work with attorneys to ensure proper reporting of foreclosure status to investors.
Manage a variety of assigned tasks to hold, close or proceed with foreclosure taking action within the required service level agreement.
Complete daily Sale Result QC for Foreclosure team. Monitor, distribute and respond to emails sent to Team email boxes. Receive, review and distribute legal mail received in Customer Asset Management (CAM) pertaining to residential property in which the bank has an interest, to avoid risk of loss to the bank or its investors and work with in house counsel and management to determine if external counsel must be engaged to represent M&T.
Request checks for disbursement of bid deposit, senior lien payoff and settlements.
Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.

**Job Description:**
At Ascentium Capital, the Sales Coordinator works in conjunction with account executives to support business development and client retention for the specified geographical region.
Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, provides convenient access to financing for business equipment and technology and serves small organizations to Fortune 500 companies with programs that benefit manufacturers, distributors and direct to businesses nationwide. Our finance specialization covers several segments, including technology, healthcare, hospitality, franchise, commercial vehicles, and other markets. **Primary Responsibilities**
+ Supports account executive's activities to maintain and nurture existing client relationships
+ Functions as liaison between client companies, account executive, and operations staff
+ Prepares weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports, as specified by manager
+ Organizes and maintains file system
+ Participates in business/trade events that impact business unit
+ Promotes company-endorsed programs and services within assigned territory
+ Communicates credit approvals and declines to vendors, brokers, and customers
+ Prepares documentation to include proper structure and pricing of the transaction
+ Places follow up calls to vendors and customers for pending credit issues, invoicing, and to ensure return of required documents
+ Ensures all credit contingencies have been satisfied
+ Communicates with customers, vendors, brokers, and sources to obtain any missing items not returned with the documentation package to properly close transactions
+ Requires properly prepared invoices and obtains sales quotes
+ Resolves issues to facilitate the funding of lease/loan transactions
+ Actively communicates on a daily basis with assigned sources, brokers, vendors and brokers on transactions and funding status of leases/loans
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
