Job Description:
At Regions, the Marketing Communications Graphic Designer supports the communications team through providing content and design solutions for various communications materials.
Primary Responsibilities
Designs high-performing, compliant creative assets promoting banking and financial services products (e.g. checking, savings, credit cards, loans, wealth management)
Ensures designs align with brand visual identity standards, regulatory requirements (FDIC, CFPB, etc.), and best practices for financial services marketing
Collaborates with strategy teams to enhance personalization and dynamic content strategies
Maintains understanding of current graphics and media technologies and practices
Works closely with writers to ensure copy and creative work together seamlessly
Reviews final layouts and suggests improvements
Stays updated on banking and financial industry trends, compliance updates, and direct response best practices

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field and four (4) years of direct design experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services

Job Description:
At Regions, the Business Process Modeler focuses on building out business process documentation, analysis, maintenance, and process improvement for a specific line of business. Ensures key high priority processes are prioritized for mapping with appropriate components identified and Risk Management Foundational Elements included.
Primary Responsibilities
Partners with process owners and line of business subject matter experts to perform current state assessments and completion of high priority assigned current state process maps
Raises awareness of backlog opportunities to facilitate onboarding and enhance improvements for target state processes
Conceptualizes, applies, analyzes, and evaluates information gathered as a guide to action
Interacts with and manages progress of process mapping with key program stakeholders across the line of business
Updates or redesigns business processes as needed

Presents outputs, learnings, successes, and findings to line of business leadership

Job Description:
At Regions, the Credit Products Real Estate Associate supports Credit Products Real Estate Managers in identifying and mitigating risks in existing and proposed credit products. As a member of the First Line of Defense, the individual will analyze new real estate banking credit opportunities, underwrite new or renewed credit exposure and manage a portfolio of loans and other credit relationships in conjunction with a Credit Products Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
Collects, reviews and documents receipt of financial statements, covenant compliance, and additional segment specific deliverables. Ensures credit files are complete and current.
Manages covenant requirements and risk rating benchmarking activities.
Prepares credit servicing documents to include the requisite comparative analysis and identification of negative or positive trends. Findings should be documented and discussed to determine if any additional actions should be taken including identification of needs-based opportunities to present to client.
Validates the risk rating remains acceptable and proactively identifies risk rating changes with oversight from CPA II and in partnership with Coverage and Credit Risk partners.
Prepares and documents guarantor financial analysis in renewal or credit servicing documents. Elevate findings to the Credit Products Specialist for further review for potential increased risk. Identify opportunity for additional services or products that may meet client needs.
For construction or development loans, ongoing construction monitoring and maintenance activities in partnership with Fulfillment.
Reviews MIS coding accuracy during the ordinary course of credit servicing.
Mentors and partners with other associates in their preparation of servicing documents.
Maintains sole responsibility for a portfolio of real estate loans, which will consist of higher complexity loans and Regions360 relationships.

This position is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the foreclosure process for loans assigned to team members to ensure foreclosures remain on track with investor guidelines. This position also provides subject matter expertise to the team and handles escalated issues, as well as being responsible for managing a portfolio of loans involved in complex litigation and protecting M&T's interest in the subject mortgaged property. In addition, this position performs the highest risk administrative functions related to the foreclosure process.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor progress of foreclosures through queues and reporting, ensuring team is effectively working their portfolios and compliance with state/federal and investor guidelines. Work with foreclosure attorney, outside counsel and/or in house counsel to resolve disputes involving property in which the bank or its investors have an interest.
+ Serve as primary escalation contact for both associates on the team, attorneys and other departments.
