Job Description:
At Regions, the Wealth Management Relationship Team Administrator (RTA) - Safe Act will lead the area's Wealth and Trust Assistants to ensure quality service to both internal partners and clients. The RTA will have direct management responsibility for assistant staff and may also directly support members of the advisor team.
Primary Responsibilities
Provides leadership, coaching and training to support specialist, serving as their dedicated subject matter expert on policies and procedures for business group systems and transactions
Understands client needs and identifies opportunities to improve and resolve client service issues
Coaches associates to identify expansion opportunities within existing relationships and/or identifies knowledge gaps
Disseminates pertinent information to the assistant team, ensuring consistency across the Wealth Management function
Assists Relationship Teams with resolving complex client issues
Completes and processes administrative documents for the department (HR forms, CARS requests, ad hoc management reporting, other various reports)
Monitors departmental compliance training
Monitors risk and compliance on various client transaction activity
May perform general management duties, in partnership with business leadership and Human Resources, exercising usual authority concerning staffing, performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations
Facilitates new associate onboarding and training for Wealth Management associates
Supports Wealth Management Leaders, as needed, with other administrative duties such as onboarding of new associates, complex reporting and other duties as assigned
Travels, as needed, to support the assigned area market
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Five (5) years of experience in a related field

Paralegal, Trust Operations, Investment Operations, Wealth Management Operations and Support leadership/supervisory experience are strongly preferred.
Previous experience managing a geographically dispersed team of at least 11 people is strongly preferred.

Job Description:
At Regions, the Credit Products Commercial Portfolio Manager is a client-facing role that is responsible for independently leading all aspects of the entire commercial credit process both internally and externally with prospects and clients. The Credit Products Commercial Portfolio Manager partners closely with Regions' Relationship Managers to execute on the Bank's commercial loan origination strategy by working directly with Regions' prospects, clients, and centers of influence to develop optimal financing structures to address borrowing needs.

Ensures all credit process metrics are within prescribed tolerances

Reviews interim new money requests for relationships managed up to a defined limit
