Job Description: At Regions, the Institutional Services Client Services Executive oversees Institutional Trust or Corporate Trust client service teams responsible for advising, administering, and expanding existing client relationships. Primary Responsibilities Oversees client services and performance of Trust business for Institutional Services Ensures retention of existing client relationships, maintaining a strong focus on prudent revenue growth Periodically reviews assignment of accounts to ensure proper account loading and resource allocation of associates Ensures relationships are managed according to policies and procedures so satisfactory audits and service standards are met Recruits, interviews, and hires Area Managers for Institutional or Corporate Trust Acts as a resource to answer questions, review documents, and establishes fee guidelines for new business opportunities Maintains relationships with bank partners and other centers of influence Partners with Institutional Services management on identifying expansion opportunities and acquisition due diligence Engages in the budgeting and financial forecasting process Drives innovation through the development and implementation of new products and systems, enhancing efficiency and delivering value to stakeholders.
