Job Description:
At Regions, the Treasury Management Relationship Manager is responsible for developing new treasury management business and expanding existing business relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
Develops sales strategy for the market appropriate to meet/exceed the stated new sales and portfolio goals
Meets regularly with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and provide information on products, services and unique applications
Calls on both prospective and current clients to identify needs, propose solutions and address any servicing issues
Works with Product Management Partners where needed to develop sales proposals and determine pricing strategies
Conducts treasury services relationship reviews on top clients
Presents treasury service product training for officers and managers in all lines of business to keep them informed of products and services available to customers
Maintains up-to-date treasury management industry knowledge by participation in training opportunities and reading available literature
Overnight travel is minimal
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years in Treasury Services Sales or related experience
High School Diploma or GED and eight (8)years in Treasury Services Sales or related experience

**Job Description:**
At Regions, the Credit Products Commercial Portfolio Manager is a client-facing role and responsible for independently leading all aspects of the entire commercial credit process both internally and externally with prospects and clients. The Portfolio Manager partners closely with Regions relationship managers to execute on the Bank's commercial loan origination strategy by working directly with Regions prospects, clients, and centers of influence to develop optimal financing structures to address borrowing needs.

+ Underwrites, structures, and documents prospect and client transactions above a designated threshold, generally the most complex and largest of client relationships and circumstances

+ Ensures all credit process metrics are within prescribed tolerances

+ Reviews interim new money requests for relationships managed up to a defined limit

This is a commission-based job. Associates in the role have historically earned total compensation averaging $20,000 - $100,000+ per year. Actual compensation will vary based on associate's location, performance, and production.

Job Description
The Network Compliance Manager is responsible for maintaining a high degree of knowledge of Payment Network (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) operations, products, and services. Ensures compliance with Network Operating Rules and Regulations for all Payment Network brands issued by PCS. Leads bi-annual release event projects for PCS. Responsible for review and distribution of all Network communications and works with internal stakeholders to identify impacts and solutions to achieve compliance. Manages PCS noncompliance and negotiates waivers with Payment Networks as needed to mitigate fine exposure.
