Ensures credit files are complete and current. Manages covenant requirements and risk rating benchmarking activities. Prepares credit servicing documents to include the requisite comparative analysis and identification of negative or positive trends. Validates the risk rating remains acceptable and proactively identifies risk rating changes with oversight from CPA II and in partnership with Coverage and Credit Risk partners. Identify opportunity for additional services or products that may meet client needs. For construction or development loans, ongoing construction monitoring and maintenance activities in partnership with Fulfillment. Reviews MIS coding accuracy during the ordinary course of credit servicing. Mentors and partners with other associates in their preparation of servicing documents. Maintains sole responsibility for a portfolio of real estate loans, which will consist of higher complexity loans and Regions360 relationships. This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible.
