Pros of working at Regions Bank

Easily able to accrue Vacation time for 10 days off and off for Federal holidays.

Cons of working at Regions Bank

Call Center: Irate customers on back-to-back incoming calls. Many Regions banks enforce their own policies compared to what Regions says their policy is in the database. Required to have phone calls less than 3 minutes but some callers need more assistance and can not visit the branch for assistance (handicapped, elderly, no transportation, not near a branch).
