Under the direct supervision of the Custodial Supervisor, the position of Housekeeper is responsible for performing a wide range of cleaning duties in campus buildings, using specialized housekeeping equipment and formulas to maintain a clean, safe, and aseptic environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The position includes use of cleaning machines and moving of furniture. Regular in-service training is provided.
Essential Functions:
Maintain assigned building areas of the campus in a clean, neat, and sanitary manner; wash, wax, buff, scrub, sweep, polish, dust and vacuum as assigned.
Operate various types of cleaning equipment, both mechanical and electrical, in order to remove soil, stains, and other debris from assigned areas.
Perform special cleaning, furniture moving, or function setup and breakdown projects, as required.
Operate and maintain departmental equipment in a safe, orderly, and efficient manner.
Safety practices and procedures must be followed in all building maintenance and custodial work.
Use cleaning solutions and supplies according to department standards to ensure safety and efficiency.
Empty trash, garbage, and recycling bins using safety procedures.
Clean campus property including offices, classrooms, corridors, walls, floors, windows, furniture, woodwork, toilets, lavatories and fixtures.
Clean and prepare areas for guests for special events and student spaces prior to entrance, departure, and return.
Provide timely response to work orders and assignments, via the Facilities Department web-based maintenance management system, School Dude.
Perform pressure washing as assigned.
May be required to unclog drains or toilets as needed.
Follow all safety protocols for blood borne pathogen response and cleanup.
Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Completion of two years of high school, knowledge of general custodial maintenance, and related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate routine information, follow instructions, and learn and follow safety protocols and proper techniques.
Knowledge of basic housekeeping practices in maintaining building cleanliness in good order.
Knowledge of proper use and application techniques for cleaning products and equipment.

New England College of Optometry seeks an entry level Information Security Manager to develop, implement, and oversee a robust information security strategy and program. This critical role involves establishing and enforcing policies, procedures, and technologies to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of institutional and student data. The Information Security Manager will be responsible for risk assessment, incident response, security operations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee a robust information security strategy and program in alignment with institutional goals and industry best practices.
Establish and maintain institutional information security policies, standards, and guidelines, ensuring they are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated.
Manage security operations, including monitoring, detection, prevention, response, and analysis of security threats and vulnerabilities.
Lead and coordinate the information security incident response team, managing security breaches & ensuring timely and effective resolution and post-incident analysis.
Conduct regular risk assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities across systems, networks, and applications.
Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., FERPA, HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2) relevant to the organization.
Oversee security awareness training programs for all employees to promote a culture of security consciousness.
Manage the security budget and evaluate, select, and implement appropriate security tools and technologies.
Report on the status of the security program, vulnerabilities, and incidents to executive leadership.
Work on "special projects" as assigned by the Chief Information Officer.

Requirements
Experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level information security programs and strategy.
Technical knowledge of network security, application security, cloud security (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and endpoint protection technologies.
Understanding of risk management methodologies and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).
Experience leading security incident response and forensic analysis.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex security issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of networking principles, including wireless networking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional appearance, punctuality and a sense of urgency.
Experience working with Active Directory and Google Cloud Platform.
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Background/Skills
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant SANS certifications.
Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools and processes.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize projects and tasks.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for security automation.
Ability to write reports and document steps for knowledge sharing.

Education

The Office of Student Engagement (OSE) is seeking a creative, motivated Stonehill student to serve as a Media & Marketing Intern for the 2025-2026 academic year. The intern will work up to 4 hours per week to develop and implement marketing, media, and content initiatives that highlight and enhance the Stonehill student experience.
This role places a strong emphasis on photography, video creation, and event coverage, including attending OSE programs to document student engagement and campus life visually. There is flexibility with work hours outside of 8:30 am-5:00 pm to accommodate events; however, at least one (1) hour per week must be worked in the office.
This is a paid hourly position, and federal work study eligibility is required.

* Assist with posting or preparing event "look back" content and promotional assets for future events

* Adhere to Stonehill and OSE brand guidelines and meet project deadlines
* Retouch and manipulate images
