Monitoring patient progress to maximize clinical outcomes. Provides sound nutritional information/education and guidance to physicians, staff, patients, and families. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years experience in Nutrition Education required. Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or closely related field. Master's Degree in Nutrition Education, Public Health, Health Education, Counseling or related field preferred. Registered Dietitian and licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist required. Member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, American Diabetes Association, or American Association of Diabetes Educators. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organization and communication skills required.
