QUALIFICATIONS:

Registered dietitian job in Washington, DC
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for Clinic Dietitians. Level I Coordinator all phases of nutrition care including nutrition assessment, care planning, monitoring, education and counseling of hospitalized patients and outpatients in a variety of settings. Perform duties in support of and in compliance with performance improvement plans, Joint Commission and other licensing, accrediting, and regulatory agencies.
Level II
Function in a supervisory role as a team leader in addition to the duties and responsibilities of Level I.
Minimum Requirements:
Level I
+ Baccalaureate degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences, Human Nutrition, or comparable major preferred and or per state requirements.
+ One year in an acute care environment preferred; experience may be waived for specific positions.
+ Current BLS card.
Level II
+ Level II Same as Level I
+ Two years in an acute care environment with one year supervisory experience preferred; experience may be waived for specific positions
+ Successful completion of coordinated program or dietetic internship of not less than 900 hours underthe supervision of a Registered Dietitian preferred
+ Level I and II must pass The Company testing process
+ Current BLS card
+ Current physical exam per state or contract regulations.
+ Current TB test or chest x-ray
