The RegisteredDietitian provides clinical nutrition and dietary plans under the supervision of Director of Ambulatory Nutrition Services.

Responsibilities Include::
Provides clinical nutrition and meal plans in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Walden Behavioral Care
Provide Nutrition assessments to all patients and accurately and thoroughly document nutritional assessment and patient issues using appropriate clinical terminology.
Perform individual and group nutrition therapy.
Provide meal plan/guide outlines and work with patients towards nutrition rehabilitation.
Participate in treatment team planning and discharge planning.
Provide effective nutrition education to patients and families.
Communicate progress and activities related to treatment and continuing care plans on an ongoing basis to the patient, family, treatment team, referral source and other individuals involved in the patient's care.
Supervise breakfast, lunch and snacks while providing meal coaching to clients, as needed.
Qualifications::
Education:
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition
Experience:
Experience providing direct nutritional care in an Eating Disorder Service and Mental Health setting, preferred

Impact Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a RegisteredDietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor to fill an opening with a Quality Improvement Consulting Company and will work in a technically exciting environment supporting internal and external customers nationwide.
Requirements
Must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dietetics
Must have successfully completed CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
Must have at least two (2) years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.
Must maintain current licensure to practice as a RegisteredDietitian
Demonstrated history of independent decision-making skills to direct and effectively manage the survey process.
Ability to set priorities independently and collectively in performing survey tasks.
Ability to openly discuss conflicts/controversy, and to seek assistance when appropriate to make decisions and resolve conflicts.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis is required.

Responsibilities:
As a RegisteredDietitian at NutraCo, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents by addressing nutrition-related health problems through clinical nutrition treatment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing compassionate care and support to residents, focusing on their nutritional needs and well-being.
Collaborating with other dietitians and facility clinical team to deliver personalized nutrition plans and ensure the highest level of care.
Completing necessary clinical assessments, charting within the EMR system, and attending meetings to discuss resident care and progress.
Conducting meal rounds if/as needed, completing sanitation audits, and signing off on dietary menus to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
RegisteredDietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registration Eligible with a Verification Statement
