Menus and other pertinent information to allow for clinical review and analysis of nutritional and dietary plans. Documents nutrition care plans and information into individual's medical records. Other Agency related reports and documentation. Ensures Fisher ICF menus and meals are created based on consumer's clinical dietary needs and preferences while offering weekly, monthly, and seasonal variations. Performs a variety of purchasing and procurement activities for food and equipment for the residences. Investigates and recommends vendors. Audits and approves bills as appropriate for purchases, verifying prices, amounts, delivery, and other details. Participates in clinical meetings to review nature of diets and menus prepared, nutritional values maintained, and details to ensure Jawonio is meeting desired criteria and goals.
