The RegisteredDietitian is an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, using nutrition education to help improve quality of life for our patients. Completes all mandated reporting requirements by Jawonio and regulating agencies including but not limited to the following:
Dietary clinical notes and recommendations.
Menus and other pertinent information to allow for clinical review and analysis of nutritional and dietary plans.
Documents nutrition care plans and information into individual's medical records.
Other Agency related reports and documentation.
Ensures Fisher ICF menus and meals are created based on consumer's clinical dietary needs and preferences while offering weekly, monthly, and seasonal variations.
