What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate nutritional needs and develop tailored care plans
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care focused on nutrition and dietary management
Supervise dietary department staff, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to best practices in nutrition
Implement tube feeding protocols as necessary for patients requiring specialized nutritional support

Familiarity with dietary department operations and supervisory experience is a plus
Proficiency in using EMR systems for documentation and patient management
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate diverse populations about nutrition-related topics
Previous experience with tube feeding protocols and dietary interventions is beneficial

SUMMARY: The RegisteredDietitian-Nutritionist is a core member of the organization, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy services for the MANNA clients. As the nutrition expert, the RDN will be responsible for assessing client eligibility for the MANNA home-delivered meal program and selecting the appropriate length of time of service and dietary modifications. The RDN will provide exceptional one-on-one and group-based nutrition counseling for clients and community members, developing supportive nutrition education materials.
