Part-time Description 20 hours a month at one community 16 hours a month at another community Weekly coverage at a community in Newton 6-8 hours some remote on opposite weeks Then two 4-8hrs a month at two communities in South Wichita Must have NDTR/RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration. KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems. Participation in the care planning process. Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team. Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food. QUALIFICATIONS: Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials. Licensed (if required by State) 2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors.
