Minnesota: licensed dietitian through the Minnesota Board of Dietetics and Nutrition Practice. Wisconsin: certified dietitian through the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services. State level credentialing/licensing must be obtained within 3 months of hire. Must be able to travel between sites per department needs. Previous clinical nutrition experience and nutrition-related specialty certifications are preferred.
