Pay Information $2,106 per week As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a home setting. Your primary duties include assessing patients' health status, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
