Delegate to UAP's during the school year and summer school by assessing the necessity for and developing Nursing Care Plans and Emergency Action Plans for students with chronic health conditions. Reviewing individual Emergency Action Plans with teachers. Providing training which includes child specific training to Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAPs) in the performance of school health room duties, medications, and emergency actions plans. Document UAP competency through skills verification, testing and continued monitoring. Delegate nursing activities to competent UAPs.

Clinical Nurse Manager - RN
As a Clinical Services Manager at Nurse On Call, providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation and other home healthcare services since 1989, you shape our patients with the highest possible level of home healthnursing care. Role Summary:
Administer nursing care for clients in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, clients and their families, and the referring agency.
