In addition, the Nursing Supervisor in this role will be responsible for disseminating compliance information to clinical staff other SAMG Specialties. They will also serve as a clinical resource to Practice Managers and clinical leads in these practices by providing relevant clinical support, including but not limited to:
* Clinical guidance/support for safety events (e.g., patient falls and injury assessment)
* Cascading important clinical information and changes relevant to nursing/MA practice, Joint Commission, and other regulatory matters
* Assisting Assistant Clinical Leads in clinical workflows and clinical compliance, as needed and in collaboration with Practice Managers
