Maintain responsibility for staff performance and departmental compliance with policies and safety protocols. Oversee approximately 1,500 births annually and manage 20 postpartum beds and newborn nursery services. Required Qualifications: Current Florida RN license or Compact Licensure (as per Florida State Licensing Requirements). Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BLS & ACLS certifications (or obtained within 30 days of employment). NRP certification (or obtained within 90 days). STABLE certification (or obtained within 60 months).
