Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age 21 * Valid Utah driver's license with a clean driving record * Active LPN or RN license in Utah * Ability to pass a Utah State background check * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Proficient in medical terminology, charting, and medication administration * Skilled in using standard nursing tools and assessing physical conditions * Familiar with word processing software and basic network navigation * Willingness to receive professional feedback and pursue ongoing training * CAQH profile and NPI number required for credentialing Benefits New Haven is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
