**Responsibilities**
As a Senior Clinical Consultant, you will partner with customer stakeholders and leaders to form relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance, satisfaction, and clinical and business outcomes during project engagements for the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload Solution Suite within the Acute and Outpatient venues of care. Using your clinical knowledge and experience, you will provide clinical guidance and expertise to customers and internal project teams; consult and collaborate with clients to design optimal clinical workflows; and facilitate the analysis of current state, future state, and gap analysis with an emphasis on understanding the change impact and recommending strategies to prepare for adoption of the change to reach desired workforce and workload management outcomes. This position will manage and own the customer's value measurement plan for the Oracle Health Workforce and Workload implementation; support the engagement management team in ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met to deliver value to the customer as committed; lead customer meetings and facilitate discussions around clinical alignment and adoption of technology; and cultivate customer relationships to achieve business outcomes. **Basic Qualifications**
+ At least 6 years of total combined higher education and related work experience including:
+ Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Clinical Studies, Health Care, or related field
+ At least 1 year of licensed health care practice, clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology work experience
+ At least 5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
+ Registered Nurse (RN) or other clinical licensure

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Gives organized, concise shift reports for patients on assigned shifts. Apply high level thinking skills to shift patient schedules to meet needs of more critical patients due to labs, MD order, or patient assessment.
+ Responsible for the implementation, administration, monitoring, and documentation of patient's response to prescribed intradialytic transfusions, including appropriate notification of adverse reactions to physician and appropriate blood supplier.

+ Initiates and communicates to FMS facility nursing staff and appropriate hospital personnel as needed.

**Job Details/Responsibilities**
