All Behavioral Health RNs PALS - Required within 3 months of hire for the following: Emergency Dept., Float Pool RNs who float to the Emergency Dept. Only for Bartlett Hires: • NRP - Required within 3 months of hire for L&D RNs, Mother/Baby RNs and NICU RNs.
