You will need to collaborate with the BHT Manager as well as the Executive Director, addressing any nursing staffing issues, unfilled shifts and the facility needs. This opportunity is Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00. You maybe required to provide some evenings and overnights as and when needed. The Nurse Manager will be part of the on-call rota. Job Description The primary purpose of this job is to utilize advanced nursing skills to assess, promote and educate nursing staff in the nursing programs defined to give quality care to our residents.
